Hex Nuts Supplied from Turkey

FastenersFromTurkey directly supplies hex nuts—also called hexagon nuts—from Turkey for industrial export RFQs. DIN 934, ISO 4032 coarse, ISO 8673 fine, ASME B18.2.2 and buyer-specific requirements are fulfilled to the stated thread, class or grade, coating, documents and quantity.

  • DIN 934 successor references checked by thread series and geometry
  • Nut class or grade reviewed with the mating bolt or stud
  • Material, coating, proof requirement and documents confirmed per RFQ

Configuration

Define the nut and mating fastener together

Thread designation, nut style, class or grade and coating allowance must suit the specified bolt or stud. Heavy hex nuts use a separate geometry and require their own RFQ.

Hex nut specification boundaries

The nut must be qualified with the mating external thread and the governing joint specification.

Why FastenersFromTurkey

Direct supply qualified against the mating thread

FastenersFromTurkey directly supplies the requested hex nut requirement from Turkey across standard, thread, grade, coating, proof-load and documentation demands.

Standard and pitch review

Coarse, fine and inch threads are kept distinct, and legacy references are checked against the exact requested geometry.

Bolt-nut compatibility

Nut class or grade, proof requirement, coating and thread fit are reviewed with the mating bolt or stud.

Export quotation scope

Quantity, packing, destination, Incoterm, testing and document requirements are recorded in the quotation basis.

Quality and documents

Agree proof and inspection evidence

Proof-load, dimensional, coating and certificate requirements remain order-specific.

Mechanical evidence

State the governing nut class or grade, proof requirement and required mechanical reports.

Thread gauging

Define thread designation, tolerance, coating allowance and any required gauge or final-fit inspection.

Coating and traceability

Specify coating, test method, acceptance criterion, lot traceability and required certificate type.

Applications

The complete joint controls selection

Hex nuts can serve machinery, fabricated equipment, general industrial assembly and maintenance when the mating fastener is fully specified.

Machinery and equipment

Provide the bolt or stud designation, joint load, tightening method and service conditions.

Fabricated assemblies

State washer arrangement, bearing surface, coating, thread engagement and inspection requirements.

Replacement and maintenance

Supply the original standard, thread and grade; across-flats size or visual similarity is not enough.

Ordering process

From mating-thread data to export quotation

  1. 01

    Send the requirement

Provide standard, thread, class or grade, mating fastener, material, coating, proof and document requirements, quantity and destination.

  2. 02

    Close open points

We confirm coarse, fine or inch thread, exact geometry, final thread fit, tests and packing.

  3. 03

    Confirm supply scope

The eligible product and order-specific evidence package are established.

  4. 04

    Issue the quotation

The quotation states scope, commercial basis, documents, packing and delivery assumptions.

RFQ FAQ

Hex nut buying questions

Is DIN 934 automatically interchangeable with ISO 4032?

No. ISO 4032 is the relevant coarse-thread successor reference in many cases, but exact geometry, size coverage, class, thread and joint approval must be checked.

When does ISO 8673 apply?

ISO 8673 covers fine-pitch metric hex nuts. The pitch must be stated explicitly; a DIN 934 label does not permit an automatic choice between ISO 4032 and ISO 8673.

Is a heavy hex nut the same as a standard hex nut?

No. A heavy hex nut has a different geometry and must be submitted as a separate RFQ with its governing standard, dimensions, grade, mating bolt or stud and proof-load requirement.

What should I send for a hex nut quote?

Send the standard, thread system and pitch, nut class or grade, mating bolt or stud, material, coating, proof and test requirements, certificates, quantity, packing, Incoterm and destination.

DIN 934 does not create one automatic ISO substitute. ISO 4032 is associated with coarse thread and ISO 8673 with fine thread. Confirm pitch, geometry, class or grade, coating, proof requirement and mating fastener.
